The Cesarine suggest draining the pasta a few minutes before the end of the usual cooking and tossing it into a non-stick pan where you have already heated the sauce. Keep aside a ladle of the pasta cooking water and use it to lengthen the sauce. Reduce down for a couple of minutes on the heat and that's it! Your beautiful Italian pasta is ready to enjoy.
