Ingredients: Chianina beef meat 33%, vegetable broth (water, vegetable concentrate -carrot, onion, leek-, salt, white pepper, rice flour), pork meat 21%, bacon 10%, raw ham 9% (pork leg, salt), onion, carrot, celery, extra virgin olive oil, white wine, Cervia sea salt, black pepper. Contains sulphites. May contain traces of soy. Gluten free.

This intense and delicate ragù sauce is ideal for dressing our range of egg pastas. Rustiche, tagliatelle and pappardelle perfectly capture this sauce and enhance its flavours.

Cesarine recommends using a large frying pan to heat the white Chianina meat sauce, which you can lengthen with a little water from the pasta, as its starch will help to unite the dish. Once the pasta is cooked, simply toss it directly into the pan with the sauce for an amazing result.

Another very popular idea is using this sauce to make "white" lasagna. By adding this Chianina sauce, a little bit of béchamel sauce and a generous sprinkling of grated Parmesan cheese between each layer of pasta, you will achieve a magnificent result.
