Our pappardelle pasta are the star of the Tuscan Cesarine family lunches, kneaded and rolled with love by generations of expert home cooks. Their shape is similar to the more famous tagliatelle, but with a much greater width, about 2-4cm, which varies according to family tradition, mainly in northern and central Italy.
Made only with fresh eggs and Italian durum wheat semolina, our pappardelle have exceptional cooking resistance and go perfectly with meat, vegetable and truffle sauces.
