The Agugiaro & Figna flours line was created to meet the needs of those looking for unparalleled excellence, for haute cuisine results.

Ingredients: Soft wheat flour type 0, cereal flours 24% (rye flour, whole oat flake flour, hulled barley flake flour, malt flour roasted black barley), seed mixture 13% (seeds of hulled sunflowers, sesame seeds, flaxseed), salt, wheat sourdough powder, enzymes food (hemicellulase, lipase, alpha amylase), agent flour treatment: E300 (L-ascorbic acid).

Nutritional values
: average per 100g energy 1594 KJ - 378 Kcal, fat 7.3g of which saturated fatty acids 0.9g, carbohydrates 62g of which sugars 1.5g, fibre 6.4g, protein 13g, salt 1.6g.

Storage: Shelf life 8 months. Store at room temperature preferably in fresh, aerated and dry rooms.
