The Agugiaro & Figna flours line was created to meet the needs of those looking for unparalleled excellence, for haute cuisine results.

Ingredients: Type 0 soft wheat flour, salt, dextrose, deactivated yeast, malted soft wheat flour, food enzymes, treatment agent of flour: E300 (L-ascorbic acid).

Nutritional values
: average per 100g energy 1414 KJ - 333 Kcal, fat 1g of which saturated fatty acids 0.1g, carbohydrates 67g of which sugars 2.6g, fibre 2.5g, protein 13g, salt 1.5g.
