Nocino, typical of the Modena tradition, is served at room temperature and is perfect for flavoring desserts with dried fruit. Marasca is often used to enrich seasonal fruit salads, as a flavoring for sponge cake and in combination with dark chocolate. The Zabaione is suitable for all seasons, served hot in winter and frozen in summer, the Cesarine prefer it to accompany excellent homemade dry pastries. Finally, Lemon is the most versatile and popular on our tables: it is the main ingredient of a fresh fruit tiramisu, a typical lemon delight and an original baba. It also lends itself very well to perfume first and second courses of white meat such as a scallop or a risotto.
