Flour Emilia by Agugiaro & Figna is a balanced blend of flours with low ash content from soft wheat and durum wheat. It gives the pasta resistance during cooking, brings a rustic consistency and maintains the color.

Ideal for all types of traditional and filled fresh pasta, long and short, with and without eggs. Pack of 2 Kg.

Ingredients: Soft wheat flour type 00, durum wheat flour 40%.
