Our Parmesan Cheese and Truffle Cream Sauce is made from excellent ingredients and genuine, 100% Italian flavours. A variant of our classic Parmesan cream sauce, enhanced by a precious ingredient that is widely used in Italian cooking, the white truffle.
For this recipe the Cesarine only use a fairly young Parmigiano Reggiano DOP so that the intense aroma of the Bianchetto truffle is predominant on the palate. With its aromatic notes and its perfect consistency, this soft and rich cream will become a staple ingredient in your pantry, ideal for your favourite recipes.
Ingredients: water, parmesan cheese 40.9% (milk, salt, rennet), butter, white truffle 3.8% (tuber albidum pico), melting salts: sodium citrates. Gluten free.

For those who like to dabble in the kitchen, Cesarine suggests using it in an excellent risotto, or to prepare a stuffed pasta filling: the density of our cream makes it perfect for filling ravioli or tortelloni or for making fabulous stuffed gnocchi. If you're short on time but don't want to give up on flavour, you can use it as a sauce for fresh egg pasta such as gramigna or tagliatelle. Add a ladleful of cooking water to the cream and finish your dish by tossing the pasta in the saucepan for a minute or so. Enjoy!
