It is made using only the typical red onions from the Bologna area, which give it a distinctive sweet and sour flavour. The addition of Marsala wine DOP and a little sugar give it an irresistibly rich flavour. Thanks to the original recipe of Cesarine, you can stock your pantry with excellent ingredients, just like in a Cesarina's kitchen.
Ingredients: red onions 66.7%, sugar, apples, lemons, Marsala DOC wine. Contains sulphites.
