Our traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena PDO is produced in strict accordance with the guidelines established by the Consortium for the Protection of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. We use only grape musts obtained from Trebbiano and Lambrusco, two of the most cultivated vines in the Emilia-Romagna region.
This is how our balsamic vinegar acquires the correct acidity and quantity of sugars. Our ageing process lasts at least 12 years, where the vinegar matures in fine wood barrels in the Modena vinegar works.
Here, in a temperature and ventilation-controlled environment, our vinegar acquires the perfect density and is enriched with the distinctive aromas and flavours that make it such a unique product.
Protected Designation of Origin
Ingredients: cooked grape must. It contains no added sulphites.
Storage: store at a minimum temperature of 20°C and at a maximum temperature of 30°C. Keep away from direct light.

In the kitchen, it is often used in combination with chocolate to create a dreamy ganache, as a garnish for desserts, or to give a touch of originality to baked desserts such as strudel and panettone.
